Welcome to the West Springfield Youth Lacrosse Website
The West Springfield Youth Lacrosse Association (WSYLA) is a private group and is not associated with the West Springfield Parks and Recreation Department. We offer the game of lacrosse to boys and girls of West Springfield currently in grades 3-8.  The boys program is affiliated with the Connecticut Valley Youth Lacrosse (CVYL) League, whose membership includes over 30 cities and towns in Western Massachusetts and Central and Northern Connecticut. The girls program is affiliated with the Western Massachusetts Girls Youth Lacrosse (WMGYL) League, with member teams from towns in the Connecticut River Valley. A governing board from each league establishes rules of play for their respective programs. Boys and girls learn the game of lacrosse through practices and in games against other teams within the league.  Our season typically begins around late March and concludes in mid-June.

Dick's Sporting Goods on Riverdale Street will be holding a West Springfield Youth Lacrosse Appreciation Day on Saturday, March 10 from 10 am to 3 pm.  Download the flyer for the sale by clicking on the Documents tab on the left side of this web page - you must bring the flyer with you to the store to get the maximum savings.
